Tetradecanedioic Acid application

Tetradecanedioic Acid serves in all roles where the homologues with shorter carbon chains are used. The extra methylene groups just add a little more hydrophobicitity to the final formulation.
Tetradecanedioic acid has all the functions of dodecanedioic acid, tetradecanedioic acid has its unique use in the powder coating and perfumery industry, but also the development of new polymer products. It is mainly used for high-grade powder coatings (alkyd resin coatings, polyurethane coatings), hindered amine light stabilizers long chain dicarboxylic acid diester (DPE), hot melt adhesives and other polymers of the main raw materials.
